After you sign up and log in, go to your dashboard and click Post a Job, and fill out the details. Then submit!
Can I filter candidates by college or region?
Yes! When you search for candidates you will have both the option to sort candidates by college, region, skills, and other options available.
How do I contact a candidate?
You will be able to click on the candidates profile and you will see the various contact options.
Is there a fee to post jobs?
We have free job postings options as well as premium job postings options. You can find all the options detailed on our pricing page.
What types of companies can post jobs on HireGrad?
Any company, starter group, or organization that is hiring recent graduates or early-career talent can post jobs on HireGrad. Our platform is open to companies of all sizes, so if you are a small startup or a large corporation, there is fresh talent waiting to work for you.
Can I post internships or part-time roles?
Yes! HireGrad can post internships, part-time roles, freelance work, and all other types of hires including full-time. One of the many benefits of HireGrad is that you can hire talent in various types of employment.
How do I increase my company's profile on HireGrad?
There are numerous ways you can grow your company’s profile: Fully complete your company profile with information and branding. And here is the number one rule, complete the profile. Keep your job postings fresh by updating them frequently. Use premium job posting options to expand your reach. Share your job postings on social media and through other channels to reach more candidates.
Can I post more than one job at a time?
Absolutely! HireGrad’s dashboard allows you to manage multiple job postings in one spot. It will be easy to keep track of your applications and feedback from candidates across multiple roles
How do I measure the performance of my job postings?
HireGrad gives you access to analytics tools so you can see the performance of your job postings. You can measure views, applications, and candidate engagement to understand the effectiveness of your postings.
Can I invite my team to collaborate on job postings?
Yes, you can invite your team to your company profile on HireGrad to help you manage job postings and candidates. You can assign team members job roll and collaborate with your team on job postings and evaluations of candidates.

You can log into your dashboard, and can click “Edit Profile” to update what you need.
Is my data safe?
We care for your privacy and that is why we take the appropriate security measures that are commonly associated with any web site data collection approach.
How can I get noticed by recruiters?
Make sure your profile is complete and shows the skills, experiences, and achievements you have. Update your profile as often as possible and apply for jobs you qualify for.
Can I find out the status of my applications?
Yes, you can check the status of an application through your dashboard, also, you will receive a notification each time you need to take action.
Is there a charge to apply for a job?
There is no charge to apply for jobs on HireGrad. We believe job applicants should not have to pay to have access to jobs.
Can I apply to jobs from companies in particular regions or colleges?
Yes, you can filter jobs based on location, college, skills, and other options to get the most relevant options to apply to.
How can I improve my chances of getting hired?
Make sure you tailor your resume and cover letter for all job applications to focus on the relevant skills and experiences. Complete any assessments and tests employers provide to demonstrate your skills.
